Beginning therapy can come from many places. Sometimes it is a clear struggle, and sometimes it is a quieter feeling that life could be different. Whatever brings you here, reaching out is a meaningful first step.
I offer a space where you can speak freely and know you will be met with care and respect. My role is not to set the agenda for you, but rather to aim toward creating a steady and thoughtful relationship where we can explore your experiences together. In that exploration, new understandings may emerge and with them, the possibility of change.
Who I work with
I mostly meet with adults one to one. I also welcome enquiries from couples and families who want a supportive, thoughtfully held space to talk together about how you communicate and connect.

How I practise
My foundation is psychodynamic. We pay gentle attention to patterns that tend to repeat across mood, relationships and self-talk, and how these may shape life today.
I work in a person-centred way, so your pace and priorities guide our time. The relationship we build is central; trust, safety and consistency matter, and I take care with those.
